A Natural Remedy for Gingivitis

No one has a clean mouth, remember that. Inside our mouths there are bacteria, even though we brush our teeth three times a day and Gargle Listerine. This bacterium helps us in the digestive process.
Dental researchers have found out that bacteria in your mouth are the primary cause of tooth decays, gum disease or infection and gingivitis. Even though you may not have gingivitis you would will need these bacteria in your mouth under control.
Those bacteria that make gingivitis live in your plaque which causes inflammation and bleeding of your teeth. It may also cause your teeth to separate from one another. With gingivitis, you may also have bad breathe which everyone can agree is yucky. In worse cases, gums may become very painful and your teeth may hurt plus loosen and your gums recede. This is indeed painful. But you can prevent this from happening by killing this bacterium in your gums to strengthen your gums.
These are the herbs you would need and the procedure: e a remedy for a mild case of gingivitis:
2 parts white oak bark herb - powder
1 part myrrh gum herb - power or granules
3/4 part Peppermint leaves converted to powder
½ part anise herb - power or seeds
1/8 part clove - powder
It's okay if you do not find these herbs in their powder forms. You just need to grind them in a blender of coffee grinder. Use the procedure to make as much as you need. Mix everything together and place everything in a small container.
So, how do you use this?
You may use this powder to control the bacteria in your mouth. You place some of the powder in your toothbrush and brush within your teeth and gums. Use this once a week of 3 times a day if you have gingivitis. Spit everything in excess but do not gargle it out since you would want the herbs to stay in your mouth. The powder may be bitter but is indeed powerful. It is sure to get the job done. There are cases of gingivitis and toothaches which you may also moist the powder with distilled water then place the paste in between your teeth and gums. Leave it there for as long as you can,
There have been people who claim that using this herbal remedy for a month will do the job well done. They have also avoided the dentist to give them gingivitis treatment. If your gingivitis in very severe, do see your dentist.
