Why Can't I Get Pregnant

You may have been trying to conceive with no results. You ask yourself, "Why can't I get pregnant?" Many factors affect conception, such as lifestyle, nutrition, emotional issues, and adrenal stress.

Couples search for solutions, like Assisted Reproductive Technologies (i.e. IVF treatment) or fertility drugs. However, the procedures and medicine induce long-term side effects, miscarriages, and wasted money, leaving plenty of patients disappointed.

By developing your mental and physical health and also by strengthening your inter-relationship with your partner, you may get good results. Why is say this is stress, the main root cause of unexplained infertility.

While you may feel nervous during a review at work or public speaking, it is not the only type of stress. Stress is the pressure on your body due to physical and mental strains. Stress hormones in your body can reduce fertility, because the internal environment is too unhealthy for the eggs to be fertilized.

So, what causes stress, and what can you do about it?

Adequate nutrition is required by the body for the function of important organs. The body needs sufficient vitamins and nutrients to carry out certain metabolic activities and inadequate nutrition causes stress to the body. When your body does not get enough nutrients, it loses its focus on reproducing and concentrates to keep itself alive. This result in poor egg quality and affects the reproductive health.

Many of my clients take good diet along with supplements, but for the fertility to increase, this is not sufficient. The best available organic diet also does not have all the required nutrients and the supplements like vitamin supplement and mineral supplement is not completely absorbed by the body. "AlkaGreens Plus" is a powdered superfood supplement my clients take. This supplement provides the essential nutrients in a form that the body can easily assimilate in a short time.

Another factor is the lack of sleep. During the regeneration cycle of sleep, the body repairs its tissues, digests nutrients, and nourishes the eggs and sperm. Many people suffer from a lack of rest, which affects the natural processes of regeneration. Even with 8 to 9 hours of sleep a day, outside factors, such as bright rooms, noisy environments, busy roads and flight paths affect their sleep. A common problem among my clients is that their minds are too busy to sleep. Even if they do rest, it is a shallow slumber and they do not wake up refreshed.

I suggest you to make sure to obstruct all the lights with curtains and not to have any electrical devices having LCD lights, like digital alarm clocks. If residing near a busy road, use earplugs while sleeping, even if it is not noisy. In order to fasten your mind, listen to "Quantum Relaxation" CD's, before you go to bed, which takes the brain to a deep relaxed condition, that's equivalent to meditation.

These are some of my practical advice on increasing your chances of getting pregnant and I hope this helps you. I would like to discuss with you some more subjects on this topic "Why can't I get pregnant?" For more reasons and tips on this you can visit my site: http://whycantigetpregnant.com/
