Product Review: Roor Bongs - Taste the Rainblow

This week is bong week, so here is a review of one of the heavyweights in the cannabis cultures gift shop. Roor bongs have become known for their wide range of different bongs and other smoking paraphernalia which comes in all shapes and sizes. Here is a review of a standard roor bong ordered online.



Packaging



First things first, the packaging the bong came in was more than adequate. For a glass bong there needed to be plenty of padding and for a product such as this the box needed to be fairly discreet. I was not disappointed on either account and I was even treated to a free sample of cannabis seeds from the online shop I had ordered from.



Ease of Use



From a novice point of view one would be forgiven for being a little confused if you opened up the box as there are no instructions. However, aside from this technicality the bong was easy to fill and smooth to smoke from. The glass is thick and feels nice against your mouth, not like those cheaper plastic ones, and the base is nice and wide for stability. The down tube is a nice height and has been beautifully made.



Stylings



The glass is clear and you can tell that the whole thing was made by hand. It has a hexagonal base and a blue 'RooR' logo up the pipe. The glass is 2mm thick giving the whole unit a nice solid feel in your hand and the design up the down pipe finished it off nicely.



Durability



I gave the bong a good thump about and it stayed intact. For a more scientific approach I filled it with water and gave it a good 'accidental' shove. Aside from the mess from the water, the pipe didn't break and nothing came loose. I didn't want to try it more than once though as I get to keep this one!



Quality of Smoke



Without waiting for my complimentary marijuana seeds to grow, or dicing with the law, I busted out my apple tobacco and gave it a whirl. The height of the down pipe is the perfect distance from the main pipe so you can see what you're doing and don't look ridiculous while doing it. The smoke shoots around the Roor bongs effective shape nicely and it was a positive experience all round.



Good Bong - 5/5. High quality, high effects. What more could you want from a bong.
